Automation Triggers

A trigger starts an automation. Pivix offers Webhook, Incoming Email and Scorecard triggers.

Triggers

  • Webhook: starts when another system calls the automation's webhook address. The address has the form /api/webhooks/automation/<token> on your Pivix app and accepts GET and POST requests. The request data becomes the input of the automation.
  • Incoming Email: starts when a lead replies or emails one of your connected inboxes. Choose the Inbox in the trigger card.
  • Scorecard: starts when someone finishes the chosen scorecard. The lead, the score, the tier and the answers are passed to the automation.
